  • Consultancy Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions act as a guide for potential and future clients. A full and complete set of Terms and Conditions are sent out with all Proposals. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

  • How Can I Help?

    It all begins with an initial complimentary conversation. We chat about your business, the opportunities and challenges ahead and how I might be able to help. I follow this up with a written Proposal This Poprosal sets out the scopee of work, the proposed timeline, fees and a full set of Terms and Conditions.. Each proposal is valid for 30 days.

  • Appointments

    Appointments are made through the online booking system or by email correspondence. See ‘Appointments’ in the footer of the website. When booking online, the system will provide you with a Zoom link automatically, will give you the option to add to your calendar and will send you a reminder. Those made by email will also be sent a diary appointment with either a zoom link or a location confirmation.

  • Preparation

    More often than not, I set prep work ahead of our appointments. Doing the prep work is the best way to make the most of working with Up With The Lark therefore I would strongly encourage all clients to take the time to do the prep.

  • Confidentiality

    I consider confidentiality to be at the core of my business. All conversations, including inquiries and proposals, are held as confidential. Confidentiality Agreements are offered to all clients.

  • Payment - Retainers & Projects

    Project and retainer clients will receive their invoices by email. That will contain all the required information including bank details and payment due dates.

  • Payment - Ad Hoc

    Ad hoc appointments can be booked using the online booking system. Fees are fixed and payment made at the time of booking.

  • Completing Projects

    Once a project (whether big or small) has begun, it must be completed unless by mutual agreement. All fees are due as per the Proposal once work has begun.

  • Cancellations & Postponements

    How Can I Help appointments can be cancelled at any time. All other appointments require 4 days notice. Without this notice, the full sum of the invoice relating to the appointment will be due. Appointments can be postponed once.

  • Your Sole Use

    All documentation, voice recordings, diagrams, charts and planners are for the sole use of clients and should not be copied or distributed with those outside your business or enterprise.
