When you become an Up With The Lark client, we need to know your name, postal address, email address, Skype contact, website (if relevant) and social information. We will only collect and use your information where we have lawful grounds and legitimate business reasons for doing so. We will not ask for more information than we need.

We may gather this information in person, over the telephone, by email or through our booking system. It is kept on our database and Squarespace.

We will be transparent in our dealings with you and will tell you how we use your information. We gather this information for the purposes of communicating with you, for carrying out our obligations to you (making calls, sending notes, reports and so on) and for invoicing. We may also provide you with information about new services, changes to our services, as well as events which may be of interest to you. We will not voluntarily disclose your personal data with anyone outside of our company. However, we may disclose such information if required to do so by a valid Court Order or if requested to do so by regulatory authorities.
