Many clients struggle to balance ‘working in’ and ‘working on’ their business, some they find working alone can sometimes be tough, others find the ‘business’ side distracting or troubling and some just struggle with procrastination. Having someone to be accountable to regularly brings a sense of order and support. There is something very special about a lasting consultancy relationship - it brings about trust, insight, encouragement and progress.

How does it work?

  • It can work in the way that suits you. You can decide how often you want to be in touch - many find weekly or fortnightly helpful.

  • Once your first appointment is booked, I will then be in touch to obtain a brief overview of what you want to discuss - it is likely that there are specific areas that you would like to focus on! I will then send over a short one page summary report that we will use to plan your actions and keep things on track.

  • We will then have our consultation in person if geography allows or over Skype/FaceTime to check in with what you have done and set goals for the next session. At the end of each session you will have a considered and challenging to do list to tackle.
